Abstract
|
|
|
The clinical study on the effect of sisomicin sulfate on prophylactic and therapeutic use has been performed in 29 patients in Department of Neurosurgery of CNUH and the results as follows:
1. In prophylactic use, the efficacy of the sisomicin sulfate was 94%(15116). 2. In therapeutic use, the efficacy of the sisomicin sulfate was 92%(12/13).
3. There was no significant systemicdr local complication after. sisomicin sulfate therapy.
As shown above, sisomicin sulfate was effective and safe for prophylactic and therapeutic ume.
